Supplemental Critical Illness Insurance

This benefit provides employees a lump sum benefit of their choosing if they incur or are diagnosed with one of the following: Heart Attack, Stroke, Major organ transplant, Permanent paralysis, End stage renal (kidney) failure, Coronary artery bypass surgery, Cancer or Carcinoma in situ. The payment can be used however they choose and can help with the expenses health insurance does not cover.
