Transition Service

This service is provided at no expense to the employer. We will work with the terminated employee to see if they are better served by maintaining current benefits through COBRA or if there are less expensive alternatives for them. Within this program, we assist former employees in transitioning from employer paid benefits to individual coverages

It is not our intent to handle the administration or billing for COBRA but to hopefully transition terminated employees out of the COBRA system and eliminate the billing burden that falls on the HR administrator.
